New This Week!
PTA BUDGET SURVEY – Community Share-out Meeting
Thanks to all of you that weighed in with feedback on the PTA Budget Survey that was sent out throughout Feburary. We’ve learned a lot about what you could use clarification on with regards to the PTA budget, and how you’d like to see PTA funds raised, saved and invested in the future.
Please join us on Wednesday 3/11 at 7pm in the Whittier Activity Room. We’ll share out the results and work to demystify anything surrounding the budget so you are clear on how your donated dollars are put to work to make our school shine.

PTA Openings
We have several important openings for parents to help support Philips!
Directory (online & printed): Administer and maintain the online directory. Encourage families to keep their information current in Directory Spot, and add and reach out to new families to enter their information. Create, print and distribute the paper directory based off of exports from the online directory. Contact Ann Russell with questions at AnnKHRussell@yahoo.com
PTA Website: Update the PTA calendar, create online forms/registration and sign up sheets for various PTA events, and manage membership/registration for website. In addition, create and manage sign up form for PTA membership each year. Help distribute instructions to Room Parents, once selected. Contact Ann Russell with questions at AnnKHRussell@yahoo.com
PayPal Invoicing: Typically invoices are sent via PayPal for experiences (fall and spring) as well as after any major fundraiser. Work with experience committee chair/fundraiser chair/treasurer to invoice as needed and ensure all invoices are paid. Contact Ann Russell with questions at AnnKHRussell@yahoo.com
